Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, birth date, birth time, birth place, email, phone number and your question. For couple readings, the same birth details for your partner.

Why

Only to prepare and deliver your reading and to contact you about your order. Your data is never sold.

Advertising measurement

If enabled, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure visits and orders that come from our Facebook and Instagram ads. This can share page visits, order events, your browser details and Meta cookie identifiers with Meta Platforms. We do not share your birth details or question. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, this measurement is switched off.

Deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or replying to our email. This also stops any further advertising measurement linked to your order.
